The everything agency

AI automation for small business, built and run for you

We find what eats your team's week, build the system that takes it over, and run it every month.

In short

OwnersLift builds AI automation for owner-run small businesses, then runs it every month. A two-week audit decides what to build: workflows for the work your team repeats, intake, inbox sorting, one place for the sites you log into, and reporting. We keep the tools that work, switch the ones that don't, and add leads once you're ready.

What we build

Whatever the audit shows is eating the week. These are the shapes it takes most often.

Workflows for the work you repeat

The steps your team does by hand every day, done by the system. At an insurance agency, a finished quote becomes a lead in the agency system with the PDF attached and a task on the right person.

Custom internal tools

The spreadsheet the business really runs on, rebuilt as a tool with logins, history and one place for the carrier, vendor and bank sites your team signs into all day.

Intake and inbox, handled

Forms that fill themselves in while the caller is on the line, and an inbox sorted before anyone sits down, with a brief texted to the owner each morning.

Reporting the owner reads

One board on the office TV, and a text that answers "what needs my attention" in about four seconds.

Systems we have already built

Each one started as one business's problem. If your industry isn't here, the audit is where yours starts.

Quopilot

For insurance agencies. It builds the intake form for the risk a caller describes and exports a carrier-ready PDF in the agency's brand.

Postline

For security guard companies. Callouts covered by text, clock-ins checked at the post, and a report in the client's inbox by 7 a.m.

Deedline

For title agencies. Status texts to every party on a closing, instant quotes on the agency's site, and missed calls answered by text.

We pick the tools, then move you over

Which CRM, Slack or Teams, which phone system, and which subscriptions nobody uses. We recommend from what the audit measured, move your team over, keep the old data, and run the two side by side until the new one has earned it. The website and the review asks come with it: a site that takes the quote or the booking itself, and a review request to every new customer, because Google's rules bar asking only the happy ones.

One business, end to end

At Coverage Insurance in Miami Lakes we built and run the inbox sorting and morning brief, intake with Quopilot, quotes into the agency system, the office board, the text assistant, the website, the review asks and the outreach. For Evertrust Dental, a bilingual site, intake alerts and patient follow-up. Different businesses, the same method: measure first, then build.

How it is priced

It starts with the 2-week audit, credited to the build. Then a setup fee to build each system and a flat monthly fee to run it, all quoted in writing. Month to month, never per seat. Leads go on top as a flat monthly fee. More on how we price.

  1. One system

One workflow built, live and monitored, with a monthly report on the hours it gave back.

  2. A run operation

Several systems run for you, with one improvement shipped every month.

  3. An operations partner

Four or more systems, the office board, written procedures and training for your team.

Who this is for

Owner-run businesses where the owner is still in the inbox and the team lives between email, chat and a handful of tools: insurance agencies, security guard companies, title agencies, accounting and tax offices, law firms, mortgage brokers, dental practices, medical offices and property managers. See the industries we know best.

Frequently asked questions

Anything we haven't covered, ask us directly: contact@perspicality.com.

Are you consultants or developers?

Both. We tell you what to change, then we build it and run it, so the advice doesn't end in a slide deck.

Do you build custom software, or set up tools we can buy?

We start with what you can buy. If a tool you already pay for can do the job, we set it up properly. When nothing on the market fits how your business works, we build it, and we host and maintain it as part of the monthly fee.

Do we have to switch tools?

Only where the audit shows it pays. If your CRM or chat is fine, we build around it. If another one would save your team real time, we say why, then do the move for you.

Do you use AI?

Where it earns its place: sorting email, drafting replies for a person to approve, building an intake form from what a caller says. Anything that reaches one of your customers waits for a yes from your team.

What happens when something breaks?

We run it, so we fix it. That's what the monthly fee is for.

When do leads start?

Once your funnel can take them, usually after the first systems are running. Leads are a flat monthly fee on top, quoted with the rest, sent in your name and never resold. Some industries limit how leads can be sold; for law firms we build systems only.

Is there a contract?

It's month to month. You can stop at the end of any month.
