The everything agency

Bring us any problem. We'll solve it.

Tell us what slows your business down, and we build the fix and run it for you every month.

In short

OwnersLift is the everything agency for owner-run businesses. You bring a problem, like leads that go cold, calls nobody answers, or paperwork typed twice. We build the fix and run it every month. Our work includes an inbox sorted before the office opens, intake filled in while the caller is on the line, and text follow-up that goes out after a person approves it.

Getting customers

Not enough people know you exist, or the right ones never hear from you.

We need new customers and nobody has time to chase them

We reach the kind of business you want to serve with cold email and approved daily texts, sent in your name, and hand you the replies.

Our website looks fine but nobody books from it

We build a site that takes the appointment request itself. At Evertrust Dental that is a bilingual site where a request logs to a sheet and alerts the practice in the same moment.

Our competitors have more reviews than we do

Every new customer gets a review request, not only the happy ones, because Google bars asking only some. The asks go out on their own.

Answering them fast

The first few minutes decide who gets the job. When Harvard Business Review tested 2,241 US companies in 2011, 23% never answered a web inquiry at all.

Calls ring out after five

A missed call gets a text back right away, so the caller hears from you before they try the next name. Deedline does this for title agencies.

Leads go cold before anyone calls back

The moment a request comes in, the practice gets a Telegram alert and an email, and the request lands in a sheet. Nobody has to notice it first.

Callouts and shift changes are chaos

Callouts covered by text, clock-ins checked at the post, and a report in the client's inbox by 7 a.m. Postline was built for security guard companies.

Doing the work

The same facts get typed, copied and chased by hand.

We type the same intake into three places

Quopilot builds the intake form on the call, from what the caller describes, and exports a carrier-ready PDF in the agency's brand.

A quote gets finished and then sits there

A finished quote becomes a lead in Agency Compass with the PDF attached and a task on the right person.

The software we can buy does not fit how we work

We build the tool instead: the spreadsheet your business runs on, rebuilt with logins and history, hosted and kept up by us.

Keeping them

Winning the customer once is the cheaper half.

Customers come once and we never hear from them again

A nurture sequence starts after the first visit, so the follow-up happens whether or not the front desk is busy. Evertrust Dental runs this.

Closings and cases leave people guessing

Status texts go to every party on a closing, so the phone stops ringing with "where are we?"

Running the office

The owner should not be the only one who knows what is going on.

I start every morning buried in email

The inbox is sorted before anyone sits down, and a brief is texted to the owner each morning with what needs attention.

I cannot see how the business is doing without asking three people

One board on the office TV, and a dashboard for the numbers that matter. We built a go-to-market dashboard for ChaChing.

I do not know where the problem even is

Start with the audit. We watch how the work moves, find what costs you the most, and write down what to fix first.

Why one small team can take this on

Two technical founders who build with AI ship in weeks what used to need a development team. That is why we take problems agencies used to turn down: the odd workflow, the tool that does not exist yet, the job too small for a software shop and too specific for an app store.

What we say no to

A tool you can already buy for less. We tell you which one, and we will help you set it up if you want. Anything we cannot measure, since a fix we cannot check is a guess. And work that needs a license: legal, tax and medical advice stay with the people licensed to give it.

Two ways to start

You know the problem: book a 20-minute call and we quote the fix in writing. You don't know where it is: the 2-week audit finds it, and its fee is credited to the build. Either way, the engagement takes one of three shapes.

  1. One system

One workflow built, live and monitored, with a monthly report on the hours it gave back.

  2. A run operation

Several systems run for you, with one improvement shipped every month.

  3. An operations partner

Four or more systems, the office board, written procedures and training for your team.

Frequently asked questions

Anything we haven't covered, ask us directly: contact@perspicality.com.

What kinds of problems do you take on?

Anything in a small business that is slow, manual, missed or unmeasured, and that software, automation or outreach can fix. The groups above show the usual ones. If yours is not listed, describe it on a call and we will say yes or no.

Do you only work with certain industries?

No. We know insurance agencies, title agencies, security guard companies, dental practices and mortgage brokers best, because that is where we have built the most. Any owner-run business with a repeated problem is fair game.

What if a tool I can buy already solves it?

Then we tell you which tool and you don't pay us to rebuild it. We build only when nothing on the market fits how your business works.

Who does the work?

Two technical founders. We build with AI, and anything that reaches one of your customers waits for a yes from your team first.

How do I start?

If you know the problem, book a 20-minute call and we quote the fix. If you don't know where it is, the 2-week audit finds it, and its fee is credited to the build.

Is there a contract?

It's month to month. You can stop at the end of any month.
