No. Guards get a link by text and sign in with their phone number and a PIN. It works on any phone with a browser, in English or Spanish, and it uses the phone's location to confirm they clocked in at the post.

The system takes the shift off them, ranks everyone who can legally work it (licence, armed status, rest, overtime) and texts the best few.
